worried

I have all the symptoms of tyroid cancer and Doc. says I have to have surgery right away. I have a 3.5 cm lump on thyroid, sore throat, coughing, weight gain, tired a the time, also have 2cm mass on lung. This scares me alot.. I just hope it all ends up ok.. I help homeless people get off the street and I need to continue to help these people.
