well made it back from canoe trip

sunburnt,tired,but so glad i went.

fibro ruins so many family trips, seems i allways bow out at the last,but so glad i went this time,it was so worth it,just to feel a little normal,just for a little while,even though i was the only one on pain pills,i still was there,and for me that's enough.
