well pals keep me in your prayers tommorrow,the whole family plus about 15 more are all going canoeing, getting on the road about 6am,and willbe in sum hot sun all day. been sick as a dog all week with a major sinus infection,and do not want to poop out on this trip,everyone has been watching me like a hawk,wondering if i'd be able to go.i hate that ,i don't like it when everything depends on me,with fibro,who knows how i will feel tomm,so hard to plan things,don't want to disapoint anyone. but these trips take such a toll on me, i will suffer for it believe me.so keep me in your prayers.     Lisa
