hi all well been a good day only the itchy is still bad started doing excrise to see if it help want to lose some weight am putting to much on got heart burn bad i think its the fruit water am dring phoned the kids  dad today but wots the point as he does not care just all about him hes upset becase am with someone that makes me happy the man am with know is not from my country the kids dad being funny as i told him iv stopped eating pork as he thinks it down to my new partner it not iv been thinking mybe its that thats makeing me itchy anyway hes i knob head and am glad hes out of my life as he been in prison for 5yrs am getting my life back anyway hope evryone fine hugs
