i tryed to stop thinking of drink it made me think of it more and more in the end i broke down crying wented to kill myself  whet to see a doctor he didnt help i warked out on him no good if i want to kill myself i could he dint care omg but im going to see nother doc tomorrow iv taking a sleeping tablet see if that helps big hugs to all
