I'm not entirely sure how this site works. I joined it to meet some other women who may be going through what I am going through. Is this journal entry public? My name is Maria. We just started IVF but due to various other issues we may end up freezing the embryos. Has anyone here done that? Has anyone had IVF interrupted by other medical issues? I'd appreciate any help.

Hi Maria - I too joined this site to meet other women dealing with infertility issues. You can read my journal entries. I have mine set to friends only. I think there is a box to check if you want them to be public or friends only, or just yourself, but you will have to also edit your settings in your profile because those will override any setting you check for your journal.
I have not had any embryos to freeze in my previous cycle, but I would if I could. I have seen other women\'s posts that have had luck with frozen and not with fresh, and vice versa. I had my last cycle canceled due to some of the follicles advancing too fast, and now I am just waiting for AF so that I will know when I start my next round. I wish you luck with your cycle.

Thanks for taking the time to respond to my post. I\'m a bit of a mess right now. I have fertility issues as well as eye issues and some days I don\'t know which way is up. I\'m so tired of doctors! I wish you luck as well!
AF is short for Aunt Flow (your period). I had to look it up when I first started this site.
