Monday
TONS of work to do. I want this week to be over, there's so much work to get done despite my having said I would take Tuesdays and THursdays off. What a joke. Crying all the way to the bank.
And I'm putting up that darn green smiley for Monday... albeit with a little snarl... but hey it's already making me laugh a little... it is such a preposterously silly green smiley face...
I have a friend who was very depressed for a long time, and one of the things she was told to do was to wake up and just make her face into a smile at the ceiling. She said it began to help after a while. Apparently the very act of smiling releases endorphins or dopamine or something. And so does contact with sympatico humans. Thank goodness for YOU! (ALL!)

They also say it takes less muscles to smile than to frown so another reason to smile. I\'m glad you put up that little green face even if a snarl is included. Hoping you have a good day. Love Robin
and once in a while....having to go to work pulls one into a different space. When Ron was first sick, I would get these almost violent crying jags in the car, have to pull the car off the road to sob. At some point I would stop, drive to work. My job was so demanding that once I started I could for entire minutes at a time be absorbed in it..
And you\'re right there is just something about that particular green smiley face......
love and peace....
It\'s funny how smiling works, most people who see you smile, return it.
Sarah, I have heard that too, that the very act of smiling changes brain chemistry for the better. I hope you had a fairly good day. Admitting our green smiley sometimes comes with a snarl made me smile cuz its so true. Love & hugs, Linda
