Hi everyone I hope this will help me feel better. I have never done this before so I hope I can get some support. I have had depression and anxiety problems all my life I think. I feel that this time it is taking over my life. I can start a day off with out crying for hours  and wishing that I was a normal person. I have not been the best mom lately and I hate that. I can't eat because of the anxiety and that worries me. If anyone out there can help please give me some advice.
