Another day
Another ramble. I was so fed up when I lost my entry yesterday but never mind. I have had a few emails saying how much they enjoyed Ed's birthday party on Sat. It will soon be a week since we had it.
It has rained so much I am sick of it. I had a blood test today & thought I would go to the library & do my usual thing of having a cuppa & read & it poured down so I stayed & had lunch there so I was 'nt driving in it. I was so tired & aching today I came home & had a sleep. Now the sky has cleared & I have just taken Poppy for a walk. Poor thing has'nt been out for ages.
I bought a Rod Stewart CD yesterday. I love it. I used to listen to music all the time but graduallly stopped along with so many other things. Don't know why I started listening again but it is good.
Also went to the movies by myself to use a ticket up before it ran out. i have never done that before!
Ed is out at a Christmas function tonight so I have the remote control! Terrible what turns you on!!
It is getting late & I need to eat. Only one more day & then back to work. It has been good doing things & not having to think about saving energy for work. I love what I do but it is tiring. I am going to enjoy my time off in Jan.

Hey, getting full control of the remote is a huge thing in my house. It comes with great responsibility also...like if we\'re watching something as a family. We love our DVR. We can record our favs and then \"zip\" through commercials. The \"kepper\" of the remote is in charge of all \"zip zipping\" and must not get sucked into commercial time or he\'ll get the \"Zip Zip!\" from the rest of the family.
I hope that you\'re feeling better after the rain has stopped.

No rain today but more on the way. It is the wettest start to summer ever.
