Jesus took the disciples out into the wilderness, when He saw the impact the system of the world had on them. We are no different, the world is more than what we see, it has influences that seep thru trying to find openings to magnify our vulnerabilities. Every so often it is important to separate from that world and detox if you will from those things that are not often seen. Looking into your surrounding you "see" that culture that promotes death, uses terminology that undermines that which is Good, and feeds off the despair of others. When you take that time to review what you listen to, what you watch, you will "see" from a different corner of the room... the subtle messages, the ulterior motives that are intended against our spirit, which in turn takes hold of the mind, and ultimately seeks to destroy the body... to seperate the spirit from the presence of Our Father and Saviour.
