So how do I know what scriptures to read or where to start... how do I know God is telling me something? All related to the relationship I have and build with Our Father. Knowing that Jesus is the Son of God and that thru Him I am restored to a level of communication with God that allows for the closeness of family, the scriptures and communication become personal ways that Our God and Creator can reveal His Wisdom, thoughts, and Love to us. For Scripture there are TV programs (Sunday morning, Trinity Broadcast Network, the Church Channel, Xtremelife.tv, christian.tv, etc.) that will offer passages that "speak-out" and are relevent to the situation or current circumstances. Books and magazines (many ministries have their own publications either free of charge or for a minimal subscription fee), I had found early on a book titled Elijah Among Us that began to answer some of my initial questions, no coincidence it was Father's way of guiding me into the steps that would follow. Even my interests were addressed from a different perspective thru the various media, some would be encouraged while others have cautions, or clearly best not to do at all. Example of that was a long term interest in Counter-terrorism, the first TV ministry I got consistently interested in was Zola Levitts who addressed the ramifications of the conflicts from a biblical perspective and prophesy... during 911, prior to my walk with the Lord, I was reading a book about the 1972 tragedy at the Olympics, where the Israeli athletes were murdered by terrorists... the Books Title One Day In September ,  I had just read about how similar terrorist plans had been devised as far back as 1972. I'm sharing this in hope that those new to your relationship with God will look to how He speaks to you, Jesus said "even the rocks would cry out..." Some of you have music as a gift, another means that Father uses to interact and express His Will and Words. God is multi-dimensional, nothing is impossible to Him. If you open your heart to Him, like David, He is a Good Father... and thanks to His Love and that of Jesus, He will get us thru. The Lord's Love and Peace be with you!

I wish I still was able to watch Trinity B, network but since we moved its not on our current carrier\'s list. You are right that God speaks to us through different ways. It is amazing. I once thought that by reading religious books i would connect but I find I connect more by reading God\'s word. I wish I could be more faithful though.....blessings.
