There is very useful information on todays video presentation by Joyce Meyers (www.joycemeyer.org) which addresses methods and ways to overcome challenges and suffering (addictions, guilt, negative behavior patterns, mental health conditions, etc.). It is part of a week long series, I encourage everyone to watch it, as it provides very valuable tools."For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." Jeremiah 27:11 "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14:27The Lord's Peace be with you!

I only got as far as the first video and about 7 minutes into it, but I remember watching Joyce as a college student every morning getting ready for classes. I did pretty well in school, perhaps because of that mental preparation...I like the saying \"You\'ve got to think about your thinking\" and \"Where the mind goes, man follows.\" It is an art of discipline I believe...But as Joyce suggests, we must not regress but keep trudging forward so we might be one of the few who can cross over their own wilderness and into the Promised Land, metaphorically speaking that of God\'s Home :)
