Blasphemy Challenge Response The gathering of information is necessary as part of your challenge... consider the following:What if... your existence is more than what you have now and more than what you truly know about God up until this point in your life. Many scientific discoveries have required mankinds need to re-evaluate the facts... as it was known to them. The world was flat for centuries, would you still agree with that statement today, I wouldn't think so. But by faith a man set out seeking a path that opened his eyes to a new world, and today we have pictures to prove the world's true shape. Consider it a parable to the things to come.What is the total number of living cells within your body? There have been instances where people have had limbs separated from the rest of their body, and we know that there is a timeframe by which that limb needs to be re-attached in order for it to re-integrated back as part of the body. There may be certain conditions that have to be met for the preservation and survival of that limb's tissue cells . Consider it a parable to a person's lifespan (a timeframe), during which time a relationship with your Creator is to be re-established, in order for a reconnection with the source of life. We know that things exist which we are unable to see with our eyes, for instance germs and viruses... what if ... there was and is something that separates us from God, much like a bacteria that is capable of separating cells from a person's body, we call it sin.As individuals, strengths and weaknesses are inherited and learned, people have natural born talents, skills, gifts, and principles by which people live their lives... their experiences, determination, and personal outlook impact choices. When you believe in something, do you give it power over your life, what words carry you thru the day (positive or negative), and what do you nurture your mind, body, and spirit with? Because there are physical, mental, and spiritual processes that take place daily, you are more than just a biomechanical thing.You may never have seen your heart, but you know it's there. Do the secrets of your thoughts exist, even though others may not be made aware of them? No matter whether it's the size of an atom or as expansive as the stars and galaxies of our universe, even thought we may not have personally seen them, it is all part of the same.The rotation of the Earth around the Sun and the Moon is our measurement of time (seconds, minutes, hours, days, etc.), however anywhere else in the universe, and that measurement of time changes. The idea of the "Big Bang" and Creation really becomes the same, how long did it take? So we know that just because we can't see something, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Would you deny the existence of the wind although you can not see it? People see or feel it's effect on the things it touches. In developmental child psychology, the initial interaction between an object and infants is, if he/she can see it... it exists. Take the item away from their line of sight and it doesn't have importance to them. If someone doesn't believe or perceive something, does it mean it doesn't exist?Do you believe that you are a child of the God of Creation or an improved progression of the primate species, having evolved from simpler organisms to more complex ones from different species. Science makes reference to energy as having been an element for the development of life, and we know that light is a source of energy. Certain vegetation requires light for it's survival, right? If light is energy, Jesus referenced this when He said " I am the Light of the World..." And when He said "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life..." was His reference to the Life meaning the energy that gives you life, the spirit. If someone approached you and placed their hand on yours, how would you describe it:1. He or She touched the hand2. He or She touched my hand3. He or She touched meIs the hand an extension of you? Jesus, referred to as the second Adam, would then be an extension of God. Are children extensions of their parents? We use science to determine DNA links between people. If we look at Jesus as light, as energy... then He is that link that allows a reconnection to the main source of life, God. And as described by the Apostle Paul, Jesus is the firstborn of many brethren... we are then intended to be extensions of God. In the Bible the description is that, Adam and Eve were connected to God up until sin separates them from their Creator. Remember the example of the limb being separated from the main source of life. The body, which has been referred to as a jar of clay, can go dry if the necessary elements are not present in it, if you view your spirit as a source of contained energy then you can understand the analogy of the first known battery and our existence... acidic vinegar was placed along with another ingredient in jars of clay to produce a low output energy source used in Persia for electroplating. Our relationship with God is as unique as our fingerprints. Will that relationship be a favorable one, indifferent, or hostile towards the source of all life?...God. It's not the same to be seeking answers regarding our existence, or maybe needing reassurance and questioning God's purpose, than to openly defy and offend God, specifically the Holy Spirit. If a part of you rejects you, it has then separated itself for you. If you put this in biological terms, the mutating cell becomes foreign to the body and is rejected for going against itself, much like cancer. Complete separation of that cell is the treatment, using radiation to burn it away, a cleansing by fire.So by choosing to be hostile to the source of life, you alienate yourself from all that Life can offer. You do not have to be misled to think that mocking God proves your disbelief in Him. I challenge you to seek out answers regarding His Existence... a lifelong search, be persistent. "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."Jeremiah 29:13
