Wow!today is my b-day.i just turned 39.it has been a good day so far and am feeling well for a BIG change.Thanks to all of my friends here at DS. it is so helpful for me to be here whether i am down or doing ok.Part of the reason my b-day is so happy is due to my friends here at DS.You guys continue to rock and rule in my mind!!Ha!I decided to add those meds on my own and it may be the reason i am doing well right now.in addition to that,my monthly has arrived so no more PMS which makes my depression so much worse.Well, thats it for now.
