wow! another tough one today. managed to go with my hubby to his doctors appt. today.  i remember a friend of mine on here said that she felt like the smallest little things felt like a huge struggle to accomplish.  that how i felt all day.proud to say that i did not use alcohol to self -medicate but i was soooo low i took some vicoden to "perk" me up.LOL.  another way to self medicate i know but sometimes drastic times call for drastic measures.  have an opportunity to do some nice white lines within the next few days.  it wont make me want to drink but it will make me feel depressed more again the next day.  i believe i may have to succumb to the temptation to go numb myself. I cant rightfully justify in in any way i gues but i just a very fed up and may need to self medicate again really soon.  havent done those lines in along time.  mdically my doc decreased my zoloft but up my lamicatal another 50mgs.  im getting to be on some heavy doses of the stuff but i was told my body metbolizes the med fast.  seems like with every other med and other drugs thats the case too, with the painkillers the benzos the marijuana etc.. etc..  gotta step out of the rat race for a while and this seems like a wonderful solution even tho i know intellectually it is not.  well, any comments will be greatly accepted.  peace and love to all my friends.Lola***

I\'m finding in hard to walk down the street for meetings, or to do the dishes, or just about anything right now. I know it\'s the weather, but it\'ll be a long time before the warm sunshine, so somehow I\'d better get motivated.

You do what you gotta do, just be safe and be good to yourself. Take care lola, paz y amor, ya!
