Well i am going on week #3 and i am making small steps trying to keep busy, i am so lonesome, My son is staying with me for a while but he works at night. I still feel disconnected.

These early weeks are extremely hard - I just reached 7 weeks yesterday. Know that we are here for each other. I pray for peace for you during this time. God bless, Pam
I HAVEN;T WRITTEN in a while, but i have a new grandson he is a love. I baby sit a lot now and i love it. The Lord knew just what i needed someone to care for someone who need me. I still miss my soul mate everyday.

Well I have not been on the site for a while, and as they say time heals all. I am still alone but it it is ok I am doing fine. I met a friend a widower but things are still fresh with him only 18 months but he has started to try to live again. I was introduced to him and he told he did not know how to come out of his room b/c he has been sitting in their bedroom for a year day in and out and his kids were worried about him. So we went to the movies and now he seems to be at least trying to move on, he talks about his wife a lot but I truly understand because he need to talk about her, b/c just like me he had a great marriage of 33 years. He is a friend that God has placed in my life, for how long I do not know but we have decided to enjoy each other\'s company. My daughter say that I am happier now and I will agree I am, so keep praying for me and him and I will do the same.

The first few weeks - and sometimes longer - seem like traveling through fog. It is very hard to concentrate. God bless and comfort you.
