Had an almost perfect retreat had it not been for a loud snoring roommate.  She is like a tugboat, talking in her sleep and making these sounds as if she is choking.  I was so afraid she might be and might die with me in the room.  Fortunately, that did not happen.  When awake she is so sweet and respectful.  Somehow, I hear God's voice telling me that this must be the sacrifice that came with the retreat so I immediately stop complaining.  I focused on the good things like my walks in the wonderful garden as I prayed my rosary.  The meals were outstanding and most importantly, I/we  was/were pampered by the nuns and their crew.  At this point, I am already certain I will attend the next retreat.  Hope you can join me friends.  In case you're interested check on the website of the Carmelite Sisters and their address is 920 E.
