There is this guy and I'm pretty sure he likes me.  I learned he had a very traumatic experience with a woman before and the reason why perhaps he's being careful.  He is very shy and private. Another thing that scares me is he does not have a good relationship with some of our colleagues.  We have a friendly relationship presently and I wish it could step up to the next level. I am scared myself because I've been on my own for the longest time; very independent now and I believe I finally found my comfort zone.
