I was watching TV last night and all of a sudden tears started falling from my eyes.  I felt so alone and very lonely.  There are times when I hope I could work all day.  I am really trying hard to make myself busy so that I will not have time for the sentimentalities but it is not working.  I've started several projects - quilt, crochet, knit but after a while the loneliness hovers around again.  It will even be more difficult I expect come school break.  We had plans on travelling but now I don't think that's going to happen.  I can still do that I suppose but I've never travelled by myself; let alone make the travel arrangements.

So sorry for your pain and your loneliness.

You don\'t have to travel alone - you can go with a friend or a group. A travel agent can make the arrangements. It would be good to move forward on things that you were really looking forward to and planning to do.

Good luck to you.
Hugs, Gail

I know exactly how you feel. When I work, my mind is occupied, but as soon as I walk in the door, it hits me like a ton of bricks. I don\'t have much concentration these days, but I have started to try to make an effort to go for a walk everyday. It helps and I do feel better when I get home. Just remember, baby steps...
