Thoughts

To now, I've not written any journal entries but thought I should share my thoughts on this Holiday. I'm thankful for the opportunity to be with family and friends sharing the joy this season brings.
It's a time for reflection and recognition. I feel the Lord kept me here for a purpose, not only to be with my family but to in some way comfort those who are in some way suffering.
The world is chaotic, but faith keeps me centered. Without it, I don't believe I would have survived.  I thank God for opening doors to my physicians, nurses and therapists helping me through to a renewed life. I could not have made it without my wife, my love. I thank the Lord for all I've been given.
My prayer is for anyone who is suffering, be it physical or emotional. May God bless you, give you faith and move you on the path to transcend obstacles, on to a new phase of your life.
