I lost my son 2 1/2 month ago. Today is his 25th birthday. I want run, scream, you name it. Help do these feelings of helplessness "soften". Can't see my life without him. Want to know if he is ok? Help me Please!! Today, I am gratefull that I found this site and all the caring people. Thank you all.  I am still so sad. In a night mare. Wanting to talk to him and see him. Hoping he is in peace. Praying and crying. Find no satisfaction in anything I do. Can't go back to work. Don't care about my job anymore...Still hurting...

He is probably wonderful, just like all the rest of our kids. We, however, are all dealing with the devastation that losing them has left us with. Please come join us at the ForMomsOnly page. We are 120 moms who have lost our children. God bless you - Barbara (EvansMom)

Thank you so much. I have no heart..broke in a million parts. His death was so sudden and I am waiting for the report on the cause. He seemed ok the night before. We talked for a short time. I miss him so much. Bless you for answering me. I will pray for all. Joe\'s Mom forever. Bye for now

My son was 24 1/2 years old when he died. His brother is now passing him up in age. I am so sorry for your loss. Yes, the pain does soften, and some fond memories will return. For me it is still painful to have fond memories, but I would rather remember than forget. I seem to be the only one in the family who does. Too bad for them.

My heart is gone. Thanks to everyone for their help. Bless you all. Please bear with me I am not great on a computer. My son Joe would help me everytime I had a questions about my computer. Now, he is not here is help. It is killing me inside. Everytime, I get stuck on something. I look up and ask \"Joe please help me on this computer, I need you here.\" Thanks for your understanding. Bless You All.

I have never lost a child, but my 9 month granddaughter has cancer. I ccan\' say I understand yuour pain, but wanted you to know I will pray for God to ease it. Be very gentle with yourself. If you can possibly walk through the pain, although it will never go away, your son can become a wonderful memory in your heart. You were very lucky to have the time you had with him. Cherish those memories.
