Took my last Harvoni pill on Thursday 8/27/15. So far virus free. If this stays the same for 90 days, I will be declared cured.
Thanksgiving Day was the 90th day after finishing my Harvoni treatment. Did not get a blood test until Dec. 9th. Played guitar for the Cancer Hospital on last Wednesday and my liver transplant coordinator came by to tell me that my test was clear of HCV. Took a minute to sink in- this means that after 40 years of this disease, I am CURED!
