Work
I am furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, you know how I say that I love my job, well I still do regardless, but am very upset at my supervisor. He goes around the point instead of right to it. For example, I hear from him that he would not classify me in trouble because of a pointless meeting that includes the director, which does not need to happen. Another example, he does not like the word confront, yet he does that a lot with anyone. Ugggghhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, now you read earlier that I have a meeting with my Supervisor and the Director tomorrow. They are "concerned" even when he does not call it that to my face. Hmmmm............ The discussion/topics are insubordinate communication, innapropriate e-mails, relationship to coworkers, and one other one that I cannot remember. He was wondering what is "causing" all the miscommunication between us, which is all through e-mails, but not in person. I have no choice but to tell him that I have a history of being physically, emotionally, and sexually abused. I really don't want to say that, but it explains the root of my behavior even more so. I also will let them know that I am in counseling as well as his lack of consistency as my Supervisor, which you saw in the beginning. I am starting to think he can't take criticism, but I sure can. Why????? I called up early in the night to see if I could have my fiance' come because he knows how I work and as a witness. He did not once call back. Uggghhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have now determined that he is coming so he can vouch for me because this meeting is a waste of time, literally. I was even kind of hoping he would send an e-mail just to verify that he recieved it, but nope. I am so frustrated right now because he is making a mountain out of a mole hill. Each time he talked to me about these things, I stopped it immediately. I was not taught in school to be "professional" when it comes to e-mails. No one never taught me that. According to him, I didn't. Well, I can't trust him or anyone else because at any job I have had them go behind my back, and it HURTS. How else am I supposed to react? He appeared standoffish anyways when I arrived, so I knew something was up. Now it obviously has effected my work; when it shouldn't have to begin with. I printed up most of my e-mails that couild come across as what I mentioned above, but are borderline to some of them too. My Supervisor and I agree that it is all a miscommunication. Do you see why I don't see the point in the meeting? Yet, we already have solved the problem. Why does anyone else need to be involved? Uggggghhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
