Well, it took me five days to fully get over the flu bug, but I finally feel better. Thank you for your support through all of it. It turns out its not my stupid neighbor isn't moving out, in fact its a different one that lives close to him. I am bummered out. Maybe another day he will move. I don't know. You will laugh at this or not. At work we were learning ways to use nonviolent intervention in case a client acted out, and guess what I acted out on a co-worker. There was a breakdown in communication from the instructor to the student. She assumed that no one would say, "Stop." Guess what, " I did." As a fellow person approached me she got closer to my personal space. I told her to stop, but she kept approaching. I ended up kicking her near her ankle, but afterwards felt so much better. After that she was scared of me, although that was not my intentions. I am dealing with the personal space issue, but my limits were pushed when she didn't respect me, so I acted out. My other co-workers from my work are not going to let me live it down, so that is good I can find humor in it after the fact. I felt like the lady was making a mountain out of a mole hill when she reacted the way she did. I didn't hardly hurt her, but wanted her to understand what I meant by respect. Does that make sense? I won't lose my job, but have found a way to deal with it thanks to another co-worker. Praise the Lord!!! Have a good week!!
