What a week!!!!  My clients have been amazing, they are wonderful alolng with their parents.  In fact, I am getting in extra hours with them, which will help when I am out of town at the end of next month for a Women's Retreat with MCC, that I am very excited for.

I went to a local support group called, "Adult Survivors of Sexual Abuse."  I greatly enjoyed it, and was very encouraged by it.  I am very thankful I had the opportunity, and will definitely be back next week.  Every week we get entered in a drawing to win a prize, and one person wins, which is kind of an incentive to go back every week too.  Despite that, I felt very loved, and was told by everyone who are farther along in their recovery that I will get through it.  Next week we are expressing our emotions by writing on 394 t-shirts of all the victims of rape this past year, and obvious I am one of them.  If I see my shirt, I want to write all over it all the terrible stuff I feel about my rapist, so I can feel better.

I have been having a hard time sleeping at night, and usually do at the end of every month because it brings back terrible memories of what happened to me last year.  I know I am making progress, but its so hard, and I hate how I feel most of the time.

I was accepted into a Ph.D. program with Northcentral University for Clinical Psychology, and the way I figure it, it will take me 7-8 years to complete because it is one class at a time for 12-16 weeks.  I am very exciited, and had to take out a loan to pay for it, but hope I won't have to do that after awhile with the Lord's help, of course.

Please be aware that we are living in the "end times," and that it is imperative that you are strong in your faith.  A good website that keeps me up to date on what is going on in regards to Prophecy is www.fulfilledprophecy.com.  I highly recommend it, and it is very accurate in regards to the Bible.

I feel so much better now that I have written on here, and hopefully soon I get to work at the shelter.  I just talked to the person who gave me the interview, and its been exactly 3 weeks.  He thanked me for my patience, which made me feel good.  My money is tight, and I desperately need to work a full-time job.  I am burnt out as a CNA, and am glad to be in my field finally.  God is so good!!!
