I do have an update for you about the case. I will sum it up for you as best as I can. My neighbor lied not only to the judge but to God because he took an oath. I told the truth, and the judge has little experience in dealing with PFA/PFS from what I found out from my court advocate, so in essence I was not represented correctly. I signed a mutual agreement that could still end up on my permanent record ( I hope not), so my court advocate is going to see if she can get that off, or what means I need to do to make that happen. I have to now keep track of everything I do if he tries to get me thrown in jail for doing the right thing (whatever it may be). I feel like I have less freedom now than I did before. I'm writing this to you because I know I could very well end up crying on the phone. If you want to call to check up on me, or someone else that is fine. I am going to need it for awhile.I was re-victimized/re-traumatized again, and before going there this week I was in prayer about everything. My emotions are the exact same as they were when it all happened to me a couple of weeks ago, so I have been reaching out for support. I know God gave me the words to say, and I could tell the judge believed me, and not the defendant, which helps. What bothers me most is that he lied and hurt me again in the process. Elizabeth Lord
