I start counseling next week online with Carolyn Waddell with the Barnabus Christian Counseling Network. I am required to do at least 24 sessions for my doctoral program, and I gave her the necessary information to send to the school upon completion of it, or even before we start. She is going to help me with my PTSD. I really doubt that I am Bipolar because ever since I got off the medication I have been doing fine. She is going to give me an assignment during each session, which is good, and I pray that I get more results from her than I did previously.
