Yesterday at work, one of the charge nurses told me that I needed to do transfer training again because some of my colleagues don't think I do very good at it. I told her that I have made significant improvements, and I get help when I need it. She said that maybe I will get some tips out of it to help me out. Later on, some fellow aides that I work with, in essence said that I don't use my muscles, which is why I am apart of the transfer training class. I disagree with them because I use my them a lot in tranferring others, but also know my limitations, and get help as needed. I am wondering whether I ought to go or not because I feel it is a waste of my time. What should I do?

Reflect on the advice, see if there are things where you can improve, try not to take it personal even if it was said in a poor manner. Your boss doesn\'t have His office in that building. The Lord\'s peace be with you, as well as His blessings!
Co-workers like to cause trouble that way. They get bored with there lives and pick on others just like in school. I\'ve been through it. I hade co-workers trying to convince me to take up smoking.
Sometimes co-workers are just plain old jealous. Just hang in there u know what u are doing.
