I am frustrated with my work. We CNA's are underappreciated big time. I go way out of my way, and get written up over the dumbest things, its like they want us to be perfect. I am going to see if I can transfer to a different facility. I have had enough! The Nurses are lazy, literally, and I am sick of it. I am no longer happy there. I recieved a write up 3-4 months later, so I blew if off viewing it as unimportant, and was not even confronted about it. I read it, and it was because the Nurse couldn't find me to help her. How ridiculous! The second one I recieved was over a machine not being put on someone correctly, which is quite subjective, and was confronted about it. I feel underappreciated. I saw two job openings, that are full time, and am going to put in a transfer to a different facility in behavioral health, since I am more qualified in that area than rehab. nursing.
