I'm doing okay today. It is snowing here in Kansas, and I think we already have about 2 or 3 inches of snow already. I saw my Psychiatrist P.A., and she put me on Geodon with a checkup in two weeks, which is an atypical antipsychotic. While I was there, I saw my former band teacher that is a clinical social worker. I guess he went to KU for his masters, and was very supportive of my schooling for grad. school. He gave me a bunch of ideas for my practium and internship in the near future, which helped a lot. He said to contact him anytime for anymore help in that area. Things are starting to get better slowly. I hope this medicine does the trick. I am suppose to take it with food, and the side effects are not like what I was on previously, so that is a plus. She was very helpful, and an excellent listener.
