feeling not to bad today felt a bit down earlier but i know it will pass i got nominated by a customer last week for service with a smile i was in the local grimsby paper it looked good to hate my picture been took i dont have a good side lol i also bought a motorbike on sunday it's the same model i had when i was 18 they still make them and there very popular dt125r trials bike i love it to bits im just putting some new custom parts on it im a perfectionist hate scratches etc people keep saying im having a mid life crisis lol im also now running 10k on a tuesday 0k on fridays and 14k on a sunday i love it and feel really good for it and losing weight :0) life is getting better and better but i do have some really bad days but i dont want drink back in my life shaking at 6am and standing in telephone boxes drinking thinking no one could see me been sick and trying to hold it in because i didnt want to waste any alcohol that came out sweating and the fear i had even frightened to cross the road my life was FEAR of everything ohhh just to talk like this do i miss it all ermmmm no thanks i love you all :0) xx
