So today I go back to the doctor to see what he wants to do (if anything) about the cyst in my pancreas. I am a bit concerned, I know I may need to advocate for myself and I'm not sure how hard I should push or even if I should push at all. The CT scan reported "probably benign cyst-too small to classify". How can they know it's probably benign if it's too small to classify? If the doc says more tests or something I'm inclined to go with that because I'm not real comfortable with the "probable" part. If he says, it's benign, don't worry about it and that's it...I feel I should at least ask for follow up in 3 months or 6 months or something. I just want to go in with a plan so I don't leave and still feel as unsettled about the whole thing as I do now. Sigh...
