Frustrated
I have had another headache today. I thought it was just my period last week and now I think it might be the Thorazine I've been on. But it went away after I took Tylenol and took a long bubble bath. So i'm hoping that will help. But I could have just been caffeine deprived. I hadn't had any caffeine when I first got the headache this morning. Once I had some caffeine and took Tylenol, it went away. So i'm not sure what the cause was.
I am also frustrated because I gained back a pound or 2 after losing about 12 pounds. I was doing good until I had a latte and cookies yesterday. It just goes to show what splurging can do. I'm sure after a few days I will be able to lose another pound; well maybe.

Its ok my friend....a little splurge is good for you from time to time. You cant go forever without some goodies in your life. Just get right back up on the horse and start again. No worries!
