now what

I saw my counselor and my regular doctor. It helps to have someone to talk to. Plus this woman I see actually remembers things I tell her which is also a big help. My regular doctor was able to prescribe me wellbutrin. I really hope it helps. I am having such a hard time. God only knows what will happen next. My anxiety makes things so hard to handle. It is very hard to have to wait and see my psych. I can't see him until the 11th. That's the soonest appointment. I even tried calling in to tell them it's urgent and the best they can do is have him call me in the mean time. So, i'm expecting a phone call. But I doubt that he will call me right away on monday. It will probably take....well I don't know how long. Doctor's are not exactly prompt. So cross your fingers or pray for me because it will be very hard to wait for that call. I have major depression, anxiety and schizzoaffective disorder. So, it is very hard for me to have to wait for anything. I end up feeling rejected and alone. It is so hard being around so many people with such wonderful lives. I see people with great jobs and families. All I have is my parents. I have no friends or no job. I need both right now.

I know how hard waiting can be, it is for me too. When I was waiting to see my pdoc for the first time I had to wait 3 weeks! AFTER she took 1 whole week to call me back to schedule the freaking appt! I was not in good shape, but thankfully I have a therapist who is also really good and my PCP both of whom helped get me through.

A phone call is better than just waiting until the 11th, I do hope he calls soon. It\'s important for you to be able to tell him how badly you\'ve been feeling.

I hope that it all goes well for you MJ. Hang in there!
((hugs))
