I have found out that I can write letters to the recipients of Sarah's organs. I have to keep many details very vague, for confidentiality reasons. I want them to get a sense of Sarah as a person, not as a saint or a younger version of Mother Theresa. The letters are sent to the group that facilitated the transplants and then sent on to those who recieved the organs.
I guess the point that I want to make is to thank them for taking Sarah in and making them a part of their life and keeping her memory alive.
Any thoughts that anyone can share would be greatly appreciated.
