Another first to face on Sunday........my birthday and there will be no homemade card from Sarah. All of her friends have gotten these over the years and you knew that you were going to be a part of her life forever when you got one of the ones that she took so much time over. They were not the pretty, scrapbooky type, but fashioned with each person specifically in mind and created for them alone.
The only gift I want is one hour with Sarah; truly that would be enough.
