Frustrated!

So today I still don't have my period. I have been spotting slightly for the past 2 days. All my pregnancy test are negative. No period symptoms, but no BFP:( Going to see Dr. on Thursday morning with DH. Hope that I have some answers soon.
I need all the prayers that I can get.
