June 30th. its a hot one, yesterday it was up to 34 degrees C. today is going to be 35. for us that is really hot. My neighbor put out a pool yesterday, I should have mine out. but its going to rain tommorrow and most of the rest of the week, then i would have to clean it again, so i will wait for the next hot burst we get. the kittens are getting fat, so Av must be a really good mommy. she has decided they all belong under Shaun's bed. lol. so be it.Work is going well, its hard running all day, doing lobby is hard work, but I love the exercise and sweat. I have lost six pound alreay...yay!!!! Yesterday I worked lobby and till both, lots of running. lol tommorrow I am on "Frys" for 4 and half hours, I am hoping it does rain, cause its going to be murder doing frys. lol. so dont anyone come in and order frys. ha ha ha. My sponsor, had me out the other day digging up a new garden, we picked rocks and dug for hours. OMG it was too hot for all that, but we did get a tan. lol She is so sweet, she always has something to read to me about the A.A. program, always teaching me. she is celebrating her 17th year at the end of July. Between work and digging weeds in my own gardens, I find I dont have much time for anything else. However, it gives me lots of time to think. i feel really bad about the years I spent drinking and wasting my time. Rosanne told me to think of it as just getting there at the right time. Sometimes I wonder what I am doing. working at a mc donalds at my age, with my education, but i find that my memory probably wouldnt let me do anything else yet anyway. So, I am practising memorizing things, to tighten up the old brain. lol Well, I had best get ready for work.I hope everyone has a lovely day.xo
