Happy Friday,Well, perhaps it was the flu after all, it lasted four days, but since then, everything is great.Its nice to wake up each day sober, no thoughts of "what am I going to drink today"? Spring is close, the birds are coming back, and the snow banks are  receding. Its always a long winter in Canada. But you gotta love it.my buddy is coming from fernie today to look at my car. Perhaps one day soon it will be running again. I made french rolls yesterday, took a long time, but wow, were they ever good! I have never made bread that light and fluffy before. mmmmmmmmI hope eveyone has a beautiful dayhugs
