Tuesday, finally got a letter from my lawyer, if i want her, i have to come up with a $2000. retainer. ack.I need our property put in my name before my ex can pass away and leave it to his sister, as its in her name. well, it doesnt look like its going to happen. thats not the kind of money i just have on hand.i know there is a bright spot in here somewhere, but I am going to have to hunt hard for it.oh well, the rest of my life is good. I will find work as soon as that car is running, which should be this weekend.Then save up the 2000, and get my lawyer on that. It would be a lot cheaper for him to put it in our name, but he isnt working, and has never been inclined to work. and without being forced into it, I doubt he would anyway. serenity, I need serenity.
