I feel good today, I had a couple days feeling like I had a flu, but thats all cleared up. popped some charcoal caps, and all is well. Still a wee bit tired though.

No school for the boys today, so we are cleaning house, my daugter is dropping off some kittens today, so we get to have some fun with them while we find homes for them.

Its movie night, going to be a nice peaceful one. Minus 17 last night, wow.  well, I should be doing something. ta ta for now. have a good one.
