Happy Hump day.

It's just sunny out there today, so beautiful . It's not going to warm up much though, but its pretty, the sky is so blue! there are still sea gulls too, I wonder why they come here when we dont have an ocean close?

I feel like Chinese food today,  he he  Cantonese  chow mein, sweet and sour anything, ginger beef, spring rolls, oh now my tummy is rumbling.

I ran out of celery, so I did not bring a lunch, as with my veg juice thats usually all I have until supper. Sometimes  half a yam too, but I forgot to cook one last night.

this juicing is really great, my tummy feels great unless I eat something I shouldnt, like pizza.    My age spots are fading,..mind you I havent been eating much fat, so the free radicals are being flushed away. thats what causes age spots. and my skin is much softer. Ah,  a  goddess  once again. he he he.

Well, I am going next door to the health food store to find some lunch.
