I am sober, and I didnt even have any nightmares last night. I think that vitamin B complex really worked!  Reading in here, is like going to a meeting for me, I enjoy it, and it gives me strength, the people in here are the only sober friends I have

Decided to quit smoking at the same time, I know I still have one little cigar around here if I get too needy, but, I dont think thats going to happen. I am thinking about the money I will save, and the years on my heart I will enjoy without cigars. Gave up ciggarettess quite awhile ago.

Anyway, the sun is out, the grasshoppers are jumping, and I am going to make my green tea, and go sit in the sun in my housecoat. he he.
