Two weeks ago tonight- Andrew and Benjamin were born. It still seems unreal to me...and breaks my heart into a million pieces. I still cry every day, but getting up and living a little seem a bit easier the last few days. For this I am thankful.
There is a ray of sunshine though...there is hope for the future. I am seeing both my RE and my MFM tomorrow. We'll see what they have to say. I've thought through every detail of my pregnancy so many times and the only thing that makes any logical sense to me is that my uterus just couldn't handle growing/expanding at such a rapid rate, especially for a first pregnancy to progress into the second trimester...thus my contractions that started intermittantly during week 14. If this is the case, things would bode so much better for a subsequent pregnancy, and particularly if it was a single baby.
We'll see what my RE says about our frozen embryos. Want to know our chances of pregnancy with implanting 1 vs 2 and how many they have to thaw etc for us to try. Wondering if my body will be ready by March. Given my "PCOS-like" issues it is likely that AF won't come back on her own, so the next question is when they would start to cycle me if it doesn't come back in the next few months.
Thank you all so much for your support- it means so very much.
Blessings to all and sticky baby dust.
