day 5.

wow its day 5 already. i could do this for a lot longer. but we will see. 
so today i havent eaten anything because my stomach wasnt feeling well from the diet change. i have been eating things i have never had before (ex. tofu) and i need a type of "cleanse" so to speak. i am just drinking water and i have had some snapple but mostly water. just to get rid of all the bad toxins and really start fresh. its going well so far. my parents havent noticed that i havent eaten all day. i went to  breakfast with my mom and brother but i didnt get anything and she noticed that, and if i dont eat at dinner my mom will tell me to eat, but i am determined to keep this promise. 
how i will keep it: 
before dinner i will drink a lot of water (2 bottles or more) so i am not hungry. 
i will wear my retainer so that if i decide to eat, i will have to take out my retainer making it a hassle and i will rethink my decision.
i will also make a promise to exercise twice as many calories off as i eat. 
i barely have time to work off the calories once. i really dont have time to do it twice. 
so yeah, thats all. i hope everyone has a great mothers day !

oh, they\'re pro anorexia sites. They give you tips on how to hide your eating habits, and not eat. And what you wrote is often found on them.
