Well the nephews are gone home. I'm sittin in the docs office. Mom had her reg appt. Today. I have to redo my biopsy, to top it all I had to reschedule the redo. The vit d treatment has been going great. My bp is down, my weight and appetite are moving in a good direction. The insomnia is better. I am exercising 5 days a week. A bit lonely today. I still keep hoping for a job. I need to start filling out apps but find myself lacking motivation and time. All in all life is good.
