starting to get nervous op only 5 weeks away(bloody hell) my mind is working overtime i know it shouldnt but it does,not worried about me so much but my family is another thing .I have an MRI on the 7th
good luck x i know it can be so daunting going to those things. they scare the living daylights out of me. ive only had the one i came out shaking and crying. i know there not bad things but whooo i dont like them one bit. and bless my partner it cant be nice for him to see me like that and worry with me about the results and thats just the mri scan.i wish you and your family well for the op.
There are lot\'s of thing sthat can be scary about this...but I think it gets scariest when we think about those we love...I know I was very worried about how my surgery would impact my nephew who lives with me and a young boy with CP that I provide respite care for. I was so nervous about even telling them just how sick I was. finally I decided to come clean and I prepared for the worst case scenario all the time assuring them that I did not think it would happen. For me talking about it seemed to help not only me but those I loved. Everyone is different but
I do not being as stress free as you can, taking care of yoursself right now will help to have the best outcome possible..... I will picture those sinus germs being drenched and washed away with loads of water coming from a fire hose....te he....I also found htat visualization helped me relax....your not alone and I pulling for you!!!
Of all the people on here I have a soft spot for you dont know why you little Joker but I worry about the Duck and I am getting nervous for you when you have your op I will be a right state that shows you how much I care.Swamps my mate will be OK and mctrjt is right try and be as stress free as you can.Ducks op will go swimmingly love you JJx
