Pt/Inr was 2.8 today, great. But blood pressure was 152/94, not so good. When I was hospitalized March 4th for the dvt and pe, that was my last cigarette. Bp dropped down to normal and I no longer needed my bp meds. Somewhere between then and now, it shot right back up there. Back on the meds I go. Dr. says my headaches could very well be from high blood pressure, not nessesarily the warfarin. So in a few days let's see how I do with that. I told the dr. my pain level from the arthritis was through the roof, even the remecade didn't help, and couldn't a high pain level attribute to high bp? He said it was possible.
