Getting Better
About a month ago I spent two weeks in the hospital for suicidal ideations. Now that the medicine is beginning to work I can tell that I'm getting better. I'm no longer having severe paranoia, hallucinations (auditory and visual), delusions, and suicidal thoughts. It's a huge improvement. I can't believe it. I'm having a hard time trying not to cut still, but other than that I'm good. I'm switching psychologists unfortunately. I'm nervous about going to see my new psychologist. I hope that it's not too hard for me to open up to her. It took me a year and a half before I could open up to my last psychologist. Things are looking up!
