very tired. i went to doctors to get my work release. he would not budge on the hours i wanted to work. he wrote that i could work 5 hour days only 2-3 days per week. so i chanded the 5 to a 6 and went to work for 6 hours. i also work the next 3 days 5-6 hours. sometimes you need to do certain things. work wasn't to bad i just stayed to myself. it was good to work just real tired and didn't eat well today. tomorrow is another day.

I hope that you will be eatting more, since you changed to paper work. I understand y and I know that if you watch your self (I mean by eatting more)that things will be better for you. I know this wont be easy but did you try what i mentioned before about buying snack and have you husband take them out of the package for you. (OH wait he should probably buy them too or you are going to look that the labels then which i guess would help.) I not saying this is going to be easy but maybe it will help. This is just the ramblings of an idiot so you dont have to listen to me any more. I hope that your next shift are how you would like them too. I am going to shut up now! Have a good weekend!

Hon, I hope that you do what you need to do to keep yourself healthy!!
Take care of you!!
I knew you\'d make a decision one way or the other. Hope it all turns out so that you can be happy. I\'m so exhausted that I won\'t babble. Just wanted to wish you a better tomorrow. XOXOXO
I don\'t blame you for making the 5 a 6. Sometimes the docs just won\'t listen. I have been seeing a pdoc since last Nov, and I can\'t stand him. I picked out a new one, but it takes months to get in. I have a problem with getting my prescriptions filled, I need to mail them in to a Drug Company for a 90 day supply, and my pdoc won\'t do it because he thinks I will take an OD. I keep telling him if he doesn\'t do this for me, I will not be able to take my meds period because I cannot afford to pay full price for them. Hang in there. Carol
